Wisdom and Understanding

Hi. My name is Henk Verhulst. But ‘What’s in a name?’ It’s not about me, my name or my identity. Similarly, life is not about prestige, fame or VIP status, career, power or influence, number of likes or followers. Everything in our world is relative and short-lived, airy and fleeting.

That’s why I prefer to stay in the background. Maybe I’m a little camouflaged here. Henk Verhulst (without an s) (in Dutch: Henk conceals) is who I am, with a wink to my website authenktic.com (with a k).

But above all, I’m here to share my passion for beautiful quotes and I post a new quote every week on LinkedIn for a little inspiration and insight, and also to make the world a little more understanding and wiser.

“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.” – William Shakespeare (1564-1616)

Thanks to Daan Roosegaarde and the Groninger Museum for a landscape constantly changing in shape and color, full of new and unexpected possibilities, in which my presence and profile could also become visible.
